You guys, words can’t even express how happy I was to get my hands on some oxtails finally. Now they cost me an arm and a leg, a credit check, and my first born son, but I got them! LOL!

Time is really flying by. I started this blog in 2017 and I have only 2 posts, how inconsistent of me. I really gave a speech on staying consistent and didn’t even take my own advice. IN MY DEFENSE I’ve always been that friend. I give great advice but my own life is as scrambled as your morning breakfast eggs.
